Product Overview:

This antibody is engineered onto a rhesus IgG4 heavy chain *with SC stabilizing and LALA silencing mutations* and kappa light chain framework. This reagent is part of the Anti-CD20 Reference Fc Variant Panel.

This reference set was engineered from a shared anti-CD20 variable sequence (a primatized variable region based on the murine 2B8 lineage), allowing direct comparison of Fc function across human and rhesus isotypes.

Rhesus Wild-type IgG4 Fc

Native rhesus IgG4 backbone; minimal effector function. Reference comparator for silenced and human IgG4 variants.
